Every build is documented so the client's own team can maintain it.

Who runs Automation Orbit?

Automation Orbit is built by Pavels Rusovs (Pav), who spent 10+ years building data and analytics systems at blue-chip scale — including ASDA, Sky Betting & Gaming, TransUnion and SEB Bank — before focusing full-time on AI agents and automation.

Do I own the system after it's built?

Yes. The accounts are yours, the API keys are yours, and the system is yours. Every build is documented and your team is trained to maintain it — the goal is to ship it, train you, and step out of the way, not to lock you into a retainer.

How long does a project take?

Engagements are structured as one fixed-scope project with a single handover. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of the system and is agreed up front on a free discovery call.

Which tools and platforms do you work with?

The day-to-day stack is Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI, n8n, Make and Vapi for voice — plus supporting tools such as Playwright, pgvector, LangChain, Twilio, Apollo and Apify depending on the build. Systems are designed to run on the client's own API quota wherever possible.
